The Compliance and Internal Control Department of State Street Global Advisors France uses data processing intended for the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure in order to satisfy its legal and regulatory obligations imposed in particular by the Ordinance n° 2009-104 of January 30, 2009 and by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers General Regulation, aimed at preventing money laundering and terrorism financing and at ensuring compliance with embargoes and asset freezes.

In accordance with articles 39 and following of the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to the protection of personnel data, you can exercise a right of access to, and to correction of such data. This right of access should be exercised with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés under the conditions set by the article L. 561-45 of the Monetary and Financial Code.
